HONK is the digital payment provider for visitor parking at Pegula so you can pay and increase time from your phone. You have to pay for hourly parking any time you visit Pegula and parking is enforced 24/7/365.

The lot behind the Indoor Tennis Facility is now enforced 24/7. For parking at any of the lots around the facility, you have to pay per use. Daytime passes for Yellow H and Silver J are restricted to approved staff. After 4PM, any Penn State pass can be used in either lot.
