SCYIHA's top priority is the safety of our players. Our mission begins with providing a safe and healthy environment where athletes can learn to play the great game of hockey.
This is why SCYIHA fully embraces and adopted the SafeSport Program of USA Hockey. USA Hockey has been at the forefront of creating a structure designed to help all of us protect our children from the dangers of physical, emotional and sexual abuse. We encourage all our members to review our SafeSport manual as well as USA Hockey's materials. Being well informed and vigilant members is the best way we can protect our kids.
